FAQ

Subject not found / segmentation fails

If you see a "subject not found" message, try:

Save to Photos failed

Make sure Slice has photo-library write permission. iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Slice. Android: Settings → Apps → Slice → Permissions. The app only writes — it never reads your existing photos.

Subscriptions

Cancel: iPhone — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android — Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Restore purchases: open Slice → Settings → "Restore Purchases".

Refunds: handled by Apple / Google. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: from your Play Store order page.

Photos are processed entirely on your device — never uploaded. See the privacy policy for full details.
